What we collect

For the $49 Lost Customer Audit, we only need a public business URL or Google Business Profile URL and a contact email for delivery.

What we do not need

We do not request logins, account access, private analytics, customer lists, call recordings, or private customer data.

How we use information

We use the submitted public URL and contact email to prepare and deliver the audit, respond to questions, and handle support or refund requests.

Payment processors

If a checkout link is used, payment details are handled by the payment processor. Local Revenue does not need or request card numbers by email.

Data retention

We keep audit-related emails and deliverables as needed for delivery, support, refund handling, and basic business records.

No sale of data

We do not sell submitted contact information or private customer data. The audit is based on public pages only.
